The EGV group of companies was founded by Vlad Sarca in 2007. Since it was founded, EGV has expanded in most European markets, offering recruitment services in Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, Belgium, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece and Croatia.
The founder is a serial entrepreneur and a believer in continuous development through education. After receiving his degree in business administration, he has studied at Said Business School – Oxford University, MIT, Columbia Business School – New York and IE Business School – Madrid.
The passion for education is doubled by the desire to contribute to the common good, and Mr. Sarca is actively involved in several organizations that promote causes meant to support children and young adults, vulnerable groups and to promote sustainable economic development.
For his involvement he has received several distinctions over the years, such as “Architect of the good” or “The most involved manager in CSR activities”.
